Had my thermostat stuck wich made my vehicle run hot. Called mechanic pro and he gave me a fair price. Mechanic showed up in the freezing cold weather within the hour. Fixed. my problem and kept me informed on every step he was doing through the process. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again when problem arises.

This place is great! From the booking to the mechanics! My car was turning off right after I shut it off as well as the heater fan blowing on high at full speed when i turned it off.. couldn't even get it out of my parking spot.. luckily Mario was the mechanic they sent and he pretty much immediately isolated my problems and found a solution and my car was fixed and running by the next day! Great place to do business and I would 100% rather have Mario working on my vehicles then any shop I've been to around here! I know who i will be calling when i have another car issue and I would 10/10 recommend you do the same!

Loved this service! The mechanic was super fast, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything, didn’t overcharge, and actually cared about making sure I was good before leaving. So grateful for the help, definitely recommending to others!

Mobile Mechanic was really great to deal with. It was during the ice storm snd my road and driveway had not been touched. So we met in a close parking lot. They drove me home and then came back to get me when the car was done They gave me a better price than I was quoted elsewhere. Overall a great experience, through a situation that is never fun, No one like to be without their car or car repair expenses. But they made it the best it could be

I had a fantastic experience with Mobile Mechanic Pro. After running into radiator and thermostat issues while traveling on New Year's Day, they saved the day. From my first call with Lauren to the actual repair with Luke, the entire process was seamless. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, but most importantly, they were kind during a rather stressful situation. I work in healthcare , it’s hard to work long hours and go out to work on a truck. The guys I spoke with all helped me a ton to see what was wrong with my truck. They work with all hours and even when my schedule got changed they adapted to help me still get my diagnostic from them. They are honest and straight forward with pricing which I appreciate! They are working with me to make sure my trucks running like it should and I can’t appreciate it enough. Thank you and all your team!

My 1996 Oldsmobile had a misfire, they came and fixed it for me on a Sunday and did a great job. Gave me a student discount and were very communicative with everything. Would highly recommend this place and will absolutely be using it again. Service fee was incredibly reasonable considering the quality and type of work.

Very impressed, I was able to get same-day service, very fair rates, much less than I was Expected…I was unable to get my shredded oil filter off my truck for 2 days, The mobile mechanic sent out Mario who was extremely impressive and was able to fix the issue inside of 15 minutes

I had alternator failure an hour and a half from home. I called mobile mechanic pro and they sent out Mario within an hour with the replacement in hand ready to go. He was super nice and worked on my car in the cold and had it fixed in a reasonable time with no complaints. Fair pricing speedy service awesome customer service. If you need this service and are lucky enough to have Mario work on your car or truck you’re in good hands!

MARIO. M.A.R.I.O..... Not only was the owner quick with replys, HONEST, and real. He sent me Mario. This mechanic came to me! He came well equipped even when the parts store made a mistake he COMMUNICATED to me and resolved the issue FAST! He was a pleasure to have work on my car. Mario worked on my car SAME DAY as quoted! They worked as a team to get me quick and great service. Did I mention Mario came out while it was 20° felt like 17° and didnt complaine at all!. What a wonderful team and Incredible mechanic who deserves all the praise and maybe a raise! (I have no clue what he makes off of my payment.) I 100% recommend them for all break replacements!
